Absolutely loved the location! Perfectly situated for a concert outing. Our room had a charming river view that made it all the more lovely.
But goodness, the bathroom was tiny—felt like I was in a cupboard! And they should really check for lost socks before the next guest arrives!

Yo, the homemade pastries at the cafe in the lobby were straight fire! Plus, I scored a killer view of the river from my room. Can't sleep on the fact that the staff was super friendly—shout out to the check-in lady for spotting the safe areas around PNC stadium!
Just saying, everything else was shiny, but a comfy spot to crash would have hit different.

missingWrote a review on Nov 09stunning riverretro lobbydated decor
The location of the hotel offers stunning river views and convenient access to nearby parks and attractions, making it a fantastic spot for a city escape. The retro lobby design evokes a charming atmosphere reminiscent of classic cinema, providing a unique touch that stands apart from the usual hotel experience.
Check-in was a hassle with our reservation not showing up in the system, leading to rebooking issues that compounded my frustration. The common areas feel dated, with worn carpets and peeling wallpaper in need of some TLC that you wouldn’t expect for the price. As for the coffee situation? Not exactly what you'd call enjoyable. Plus, having your car towed after trusting the valet's advice isn’t the highlight of a trip either, which made for a rather costly inconvenience that lingered long after check-out.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to access the Carnegie Science Center and PNC Park. The staff were incredible, especially Asia at the front desk, who quickly resolved our reservation issue and made us feel welcome. Brian at the restaurant was also great, providing attentive service and menu recommendations.
There was no refrigerator in the room and the phone was not working.

The view from my room was stunning, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the room showed some signs of wear, and I encountered issues with cleanliness, as the bathroom fixtures needed updating. Great for families and perfect for a weekend stay.

missingWrote a review on Oct 20urban landscapeeasy explorationmisleading view
The view from the River View with Two Double Beds room is decent, showing some of the urban landscape. The location near key attractions makes it easy to explore the area without much hassle.
The river view described is misleading; it's more obstructed than advertised. The room itself is cramped, barely large enough to fit the furniture. Cleanliness was a significant concern, with reports of roaches and little attention to detail during housekeeping. The common areas, including the pool and hot tub, lacked proper maintenance, with cold water temperatures and unwelcoming conditions due to debris. Plus, the room doors don’t fully latch, leading to security concerns. it felt more like a neglectful version of a hotel than a place worthy of a getaway.

exceptional location, convenient access to local attractions, spacious room with city view
Elevator access is limited, with only a few operational elevators leading to long wait times !!! On-site parking fees are too steep. alternatives don’t offer significant savings!!! A fire hazard exists due to no stair access!!!
